Chengdu International Railway Port Economic and Technological Development Zone

Chengdu International Railway Port Economic and Technological Development Zone is in the center of Chengdu's northeast Economic Circle. It is crucial in the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. It has a planned area of 2.81 square kilometers and includes three industrial functional areas: Qingbaijiang International Railway Port, Qingbaijiang European Industry City, and Huaizhou New Town. In 2021, the regional GDP was 62.02 billion yuan, a year on year increase of 10.9 percent; foreign trade was 26.505 billion yuan, a year on year increase of 74.5 percent; foreign investment was 2.894 billion yuan, a year on year increase of 42.7 percent, and the vitality of the export-oriented economy remained strong.
