The 11th China (Mianyang) Science and Tech Expo Investment Conference: Over CNY 100 Billion Signed

On the afternoon of November 22, the 2023 11th China (Mianyang) Science and Technology Expo Investment Promotion Conference and Signing Ceremony were held in Mianyang. This event signed a total of 101 investment project agreements, with the signing amount standing at CNY 102.489 billion, including six scientific and technological cooperation agreements.

The event centered on the theme "Science and Technology Leadership - Innovation and Transformation - Openness and Cooperation", and took the combination of "online + offline" to display the exhibition, fully demonstrated the economic and social development of Mianyang in Sichuan and the latest achievements of the construction of the business environment. It also promoted investment opportunities and projects for cooperation in the fields of electronic information, advanced materials, and equipment manufacturing. It is recognized that the offline exhibition covers a total area of 40,000 square meters, including three indoor exhibition halls and one outdoor exhibition hall, with more than 300 exhibitors and more than 3,000 exhibits, including a large number of China's independent research and development of high-precision scientific and technological innovation achievements such as the moon project, "Artificial Sun", as well as the medical cyclotron, high-power petal gas pedal, vehicle-mounted anti-drone system, and other "Mianyang-made" products.

At the Expo, Mianyang City, Luzhou City, Deyang City, and Guangyuan City, respectively, made investment promotion speeches. Huawei, ZTE, the University of Electronic Science and Technology, and other guest representatives have also given a speech, expressing their optimistic feelings about the development prospects of Sichuan and Mianyang and being willing to further strengthen cooperation with Sichuan.
