　　1. Draw up the development programs and plans of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone and organize the study of major issues for the development of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone.

　　2. Collect and issue related public information of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone and evaluate the operation of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone comprehensively.

　　3. Undertake the experience replication and promotion work of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone and the coordination and linkage work of five economic zones including Chengdu Plain, the Northeast Sichuan, the Northwestern Sichuan, the South of Sichuan and the West of Panzhihua.

　　4. Organize the regular meetings of the leading group of advancing the work of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone.

　　Institutional Innovation Office:

　　1. Draw up rules, regulations and normative documents of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone and establish and improve relative laws, regulations and policies.

　　2. Study, promote and guide the implementation of policies on comprehensive reform, investment, trade, finance and talents in Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone.

　　3. Undertake the analysis and research work of domestic and foreign pilot free trade zones, organize the implementary work of external publicity, exchange and discussion of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone.

　　4. Cooperate with relevant state departments to implement national security and anti-monopoly reviews.

　　5. Guide the construction work of supporting systems related to the policies and regulations in each area of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone.

　　Coordination and Guidance Office:

　　1. Undertake the official document operation, daily management and outward connection work of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone Work Office.

　　2. Coordinate the affairs of the relevant departments at the national and provincial levels and the various areas of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone relating to the pilot free trade zone comprehensively.

　　3. Get in touch with the management organization of the various areas of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone and encourage each area to establish and improve the in-incident and post-incident supervision system.

　　4. Guide, supervise and check the implementation of various experimental tasks and management by objectives, evaluation and commendation work in Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone.
