Recently, the three-month Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises' Visit to Sichuan 2022 ended. Since the launch of the event on July 15, Sichuan's economic cooperation system has held 271 activities and signed contracts of 1,198 projects, with the value totaling 1,320.4 billion yuan.

For the first time, the event was organized for three months. Under the theme "Innovation Drives the Development, Cooperation Fosters the Future", it highlighted small-scale and distributed activity organization, and offline and online integration.

Activities following multiple themes were staged one after another, achieving many wonderful results for the first time. The Sichuan Provincial People's Government in Shenyang Office held the Sichuan-Jilin Competitive Industry Cooperation Matchmaking Conference in Changchun, Jilin Province, promoting the contract signing of 18 projects, with the total investment topping 10 billion yuan. Ya'an held the 5th Big Data Application Practice Conference and the Conference on "National Computing Network to Synergize East and West · China Yacloud", witnessing the contract signing of 17 projects, with an amount of 21.8 billion yuan. Leshan undertook the China Isotope &Radiation Industry Summit 2022 and held 20 self-organized activities, during which the contracts of 49 projects were signed with the total value reaching 146.529 billion yuan.

It is worth mentioning that during the event, the Opportunities List for Investing in Sichuan was released at the provincial level for the first time. Through this list, major investment policies, important carriers and key investment promotion projects were announced, making the list an important reference book for investors. Besides, the Proposal for New Sichuan Businessmen to Invest in Sichuan was released for the first time to build consensus among chambers of commerce in other places and enhance confidence in development in Sichuan. The first phase of "Tianfu Investment Campaign" was held in the form of a breakfast meeting for the first time, inviting entrepreneurs investing in Sichuan to have breakfast with provincial officials, in a bid to create a more relaxed atmosphere to understand the development needs and investment plans of enterprises.

According to the relevant head of Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation, Sichuan's economic cooperation system is developing a large pattern of investment attraction to improve the efficiency of contract signing during the event. Based on stronger coordination among departments and cooperation between the government and businesses, the province will mainly strive to attract top 500 enterprises in three categories, industry leaders, and "specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative" companies. To this end, meetings, negotiations, promotion activities and signing ceremonies will be organized effectively on the cloud.
