An Italian national pavilion was open September 6 at the Chengdu International Railway Port, a vital part of the China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. With a floor area of 1,339 square meters, the pavilion sells primarily goods imported from Italy, including foods and drinks, daily chemical products, building materials, handbags, accessories and kitchenware. Customers can make beer and bake cakes there. So far, 5 national pavilions of foreign countries have been located inside the port, marketing commodities from Italy, France, and the Netherlands. And those of Moldova and Israel will be open at the end of this month. |
