For modes of transportation such as road, railway, aviation and waterway, annual turnover of goods was 250.01 billion ton-kilometers, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%; and annual turnover of passengers was 162.38 billion person-kilometers, a year-on-year increase of 6.0%. Besides, there was railway operating mileage of 4,710 kilometers, highway traffic mileage of 6,016 kilometers, and inland port’s annual container throughput capacity of 2.33 million TEUs.

In the full year, turnover of posts and telecommunications amounted to RMB128.11 billion, a year-on-year increase of 24.7%. Wherein, turnover of postal services amounted to RMB13.86 billion, up 18.1%; turnover of telecommunications services amounted to RMB114.25 billion, up 25.6%. At the end of the year, there were 7.547 million circuits of capacity of telecommunication office telephone exchanges (including access network) and 156.913 million subscribers of capacity of mobile telephone exchanges; and13.534 million fixed telephone users and 68.72 million mobile phone users. Fixed telephone penetration rate was 16.6%, while mobile telephone penetration rate was 84.4%. There were 10.264 million fixed Internet users, 54.766 million mobile Internet users, 60,000km-long long-distance optical fiber cables, 596,000km-long local network junction optical cables, and 959,000km-long access network optical cables.
