Shi Xiaolin, female, Han ethnicity, born in May 1969, completed an in-service graduate program. As a CPC member, she is currently an alternate member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, Vice Governor and Acting Governor of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, and Secretary of the Party Leading Group.
